Gravel Base Installation Services
The design team at Rochester Landscape Designs, Inc. can analyze your property and offer advice for shed placement and preparing the location for the shed delivery. If required, we will estimate the cost associated with the removal of an existing shed or structure. We can also quote the recommended gravel shed base, if your yard requires leveling at the sheds location.

About The Construction Of Our Sheds
After you have decided on the size and style of your shed, we will arrange for a site check with you at your house. At this meeting we verify your new sheds location on the property. Delivery and placement is included when you order a shed from us! Our sheds are pre-built for delivery to your home, if your backyard has a narrow entry point though, we are capable of building your shed on site as an option. We offer all the best colors of paint and vinyl siding to choose from. We will make color selecting easy for you by bringing all the paint and vinyl samples with us to match with your house. You will also select the shingle colors in this same manner.
After all your color selections are completed, we arrange for your sheds construction! Every shed is built in a climate-controlled facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Upon completion, your shed will be shipped to Rochester and the delivery time to your house will be scheduled with you. Built-on-site sheds are done by Sturdi-Builts team of trained, licensed and insured builders. Sturdi-Built uses the “Mule” to move the shed into location. We will not drive on the your lawn unless approved by you first. Depending on the grade and location of the shed, we will use patio blocks for leveling (sheds 10’x14′ or smaller).

Each shed will require a backyard entry point which needs to be at least four feet wider than your sheds narrowest side.
Your pre-built shed will be delivered to your house and off loaded in the road or driveway when possible. There is minimal lawn damage during your sheds delivery!
Although all sheds are constructed with pressure treated lumber and direct contact with the lawn is acceptable, many yards do not have a flat location for the shed. If required, we can install a level gravel pad in the shape of your shed to assure a perfectly plumb shed!
